What we build in Westchase
Turf and pavers for Westchase yards
The Westchase Community Association reviews exterior changes through its Modifications Committee, and its residential guidelines name St. Augustine and Bermuda as the lawn grasses. That makes backyards, side yards, dog runs and putting greens behind the fence the most common turf projects here. We measure, mark up the layout on your survey and price every area, so your application has what the committee asks for.
Lawn turf
Lawn turf chosen for how you use your front and back yards.
Pet turf
Pet turf with a fully permeable backing for dog runs and side yards.
Putting greens
Contoured backyard greens with cups, pins and flags.
Pavers & pool decks
Pool decks, patios, walkways and driveways, often paired with turf.
