I am on a well. Do watering limits apply to me?
In Hillsborough County, yes. The county says the one-day-per-week schedule applies to private wells too. Pasco County also limits established lawns to one day a week. Turf areas do not need watering at all.
Can you build a putting green by the lake?
Yes. We grade and build the base so water moves away from the green, and contour the green before the turf goes down. We look at slope and drainage on the visit.
Can you do large areas?
