On-site visit and measurement
We walk the yard with you, talk through how your family uses it, and measure every area with Moasure digital measuring, including slopes and grade.

A written, line-item proposal
Square footage, named products, quantities, timeline and payment schedule, all on paper. If we find a hidden condition once work starts, nothing changes without a written change order you approve.

Installation done right underneath
A 4-inch compacted crushed-concrete base, weed barrier, 6-inch galvanized nails and properly bonded seams. The parts you never see are the reason it still looks good years later.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished project together, hand over a care guide, and register your manufacturer warranty in your name.

- Length depends on the product you choose. We list it on your proposal and register it in your name.

How much does artificial turf cost?
Installed turf in Tampa Bay commonly runs about $8 to $18 per square foot, and putting greens more, depending on the product, base work, access and the size of the area. After we measure, your proposal shows the price for each area line by line.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the square footage, removal and base work, and whether pavers are part of the job. Your proposal includes a working-day estimate for your project, and we confirm the start date before materials are ordered.
Is turf good for kids and pets?
Yes, that is a big reason families choose it. Pet systems are fully permeable so rinse water drains through, and cooling infill options help with surface heat. We are happy to share product spec sheets for anything we recommend.
What warranty do I get?
Two in writing: the manufacturer’s product warranty, which varies by product and is listed on your proposal, plus our five-year workmanship warranty on the installation.
How does payment work?
For most residential projects, a deposit at signing reserves your install date and orders materials, and the balance is due at the final walkthrough. Your proposal spells out the exact amounts.
