Privacy policy

Who we are

Tampa Turf & Pavers LLC (“Tampa Turf & Pavers,” “we,” “us”) installs artificial turf, pet turf, putting greens, pavers and play areas in the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what information we collect through tampaturfandpavers.com and our quote form, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, street address or ZIP code, the service you are interested in, the rough size of the space, your timeframe, how you prefer to be contacted, notes about your project, photos you send us, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Information collected with your request. When you submit the quote form, we also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you to our site, the date and time, and any advertising tracking codes in the page address (for example utm_source, gclid or fbclid). This helps us understand which ads and pages bring in requests.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts may automatically log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule your free on-site visit and prepare your written proposal.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your quote and project.
• To perform and support the work, including scheduling, invoicing and warranty service.
• To keep records of our conversations and the work we do.
• To understand how people find us and improve our website and advertising.
• To comply with the law and protect our rights.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us. These include our website host, the service that delivers quote requests to our email, our customer management and messaging system, and our scheduling and invoicing software. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box on our quote form or otherwise agree to receive texts, Tampa Turf & Pavers may send you text messages about your quote request, your on-site visit, your proposal and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a quote or buying anything from us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (813) 906-5095. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and warranty your project, keep business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and our website uses an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@tampaturfandpavers.com or calling (813) 906-5095. We may need to keep some information to finish work in progress, honor warranties or meet legal requirements.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
