Our crew installing artificial turf in a fenced backyard

Step by step

Six steps, start to finish

The same process on every job, whether it is a side yard dog run or a full backyard with a pool deck and putting green.

“He was confident and knowledgeable. We did not feel like we were getting oversold or being taken advantage of. … Jordan was there throughout the whole process and didn’t just sell and run.”

  1. Reach out

Call (813) 906-5095 or send the quote form. Tell us what you are picturing: the area, who uses the yard and any timing you are working around. We set up a visit at a time that works for you.

    You getA scheduled on-site visit

  2. Free on-site visit

We walk the yard with you and talk through how your family uses it: where the kids play, where the dog runs, sun and shade, drainage, sprinkler heads and access for equipment. Every area is measured with Moasure digital measuring, including slopes and grade.

You getAccurate measurements and straight advice on what fits your yard

  3. Your written proposal

Each area gets its own line, with measured square footage, the named product, quantities, what comes out, base and edging, the timeline, the payment schedule and the warranties. Nothing is lumped into one vague total.

You getA proposal you can compare line by line, good for 30 days

  4. Reserve your date

When you approve the proposal, a deposit reserves your install date and lets us order your materials. The rest is due at the final walkthrough, once you have seen the finished work.

You getA reserved install date and materials on order

  5. Installation

We remove and haul away the old surface, grade and compact the base, lay weed barrier, then install and secure the turf or pavers to the spec in your proposal. Irrigation heads in turf areas are capped, and we cut in cleanly around palms and utility boxes. If we uncover a hidden condition, nothing changes without a written change order you approve.

You getThe work built to the written spec, with debris hauled away

  6. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished project together and go over anything you want to look at closely. You get a care guide, and we register your manufacturer warranty in your name.

What you can count on

Friendly people. A very professional process.

  • Nothing vague

Every area, product and quantity is written down before you commit, so you know exactly what you are paying for.

  • No surprise charges

If something changes once work starts, you see it in a written change order and approve it first.

  • Pay the balance at the end

The final payment is due at the walkthrough, after you have seen the finished project.

  • Warranties in your name

We register the manufacturer warranty for you and put our workmanship warranty in writing.

Warranties

In writing, and in your name

Two warranties come with your project. Both are written on your proposal before you sign, so there is no guessing later about what is covered.

Manufacturer warranty
The length depends on the product you choose. We list it on your proposal and register it in your name at the final walkthrough.
Workmanship warranty
Five years on our installation, covering seams, edges, wrinkles and base settling.
Not covered
Misuse, sharp objects, heat reflected from windows, flooding or storm surge, pets digging, and work done by others.

Is the on-site visit really free?

Yes. We come out, measure every area and talk through options with you. There is no charge for the visit or the proposal.

How long is a proposal good for?

Thirty days from the date on the proposal. After that we re-check material pricing before you sign.

How do payments work?

A deposit at signing reserves your install date and lets us order materials. The balance is due at the final walkthrough. The exact schedule is written on your proposal.

What if you find something unexpected during the install?

We stop and show you. Any change to the scope or price is written up as a change order, and nothing moves forward until you approve it.

Do you remove the old grass or surface?

Yes. Removal and haul-away are listed as their own line on your proposal, so you can see what is coming out and how it is handled.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

Five years on our installation, covering seams, edges, wrinkles and base settling. It does not cover misuse, sharp objects, heat reflected from windows, flooding or storm surge, pets digging, or work done by others.
